Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

We also do not accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
